Sugarcraft Institute of Baking & Culinary is privately owned and the school is managed personally by Elisabeth Siahaja, its Head Instructor. We have large teaching kitchen and extensive equipment facilities allow students for a high practical content in all its courses.
We train students to become professional bakers which will be successfully operating their own businesses, as well as attached in the well known hotels industry.

Ms. Elisabeth Siahaja, is the head instructor for Sugarcraft Institute of Baking & Culinary.Her interest in baking started at a very young age by the influence of her mother. She originally trained at several Cake Decorating & Baking Centers in Australia since the age of 19 & joined as a member of Victoria Cake Decorator's Association to gain more knowledge in decorating & baking skills.
Her ambitions to maintain the exceptionally high standard of the courses offered, she further studied Science of Baking in Bread, Cake & Ingredients Technology from American Institute of Baking - USA. Also she completed the City & Guilds of London in Diploma & Advanced Diploma courses with distinction results. At present, she is a member of British Sugarcraft - London & ICES - USA
In between terms, She spent most of her time traveling in the country & overseas for research devoted to baking & culinary. Her high standards of baking knowledge continue to inspire and encourage all students to be successful bakers and decorators, also to gain the tools and confidence to create their own masterpieces.
